Working hours
07:45am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday
- Overtime available at an enhanced rate
- Happy to train where required
Our client works in the food / FMCG sector, and are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a team and ensure KPI's are met consistently. This role requires strong man-management skills, the ability to spot areas of improvement, and previous experience in a food / beverage environment.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a small team production operatives to achieve daily targets
- Ensure production lines are fully prepared with materials, equipment and staffing requirements
- Drive productivity, quality and efficiency across the production operation
- Support machine set-up, changeovers and first-line fault finding to minimise downtime
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety and BRCGS standards
- Identify process improvements, reduce waste and deliver continuous performance gains
About You
- Previous team leadership experience within food or drink manufacturing
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety, Food Safety and quality standards
- Hands-on approach with a strong shop floor presence
- Experience working in fast-paced production environments
- Confident driving performance, quality and team engagement
