Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Secondary School Kensington and Chelsea September Start

A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Kensington and Chelsea is looking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential in a positive school environment.

As an LSA, you will work alongside teachers and the SEN team to support students with a range of additional learning needs, both in class and through small group or one-to-one interventions.

• Provide classroom, one-to-one, and small group support.
• Assist students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
• Promote positive behaviour and student engagement.
• Support teachers in delivering inclusive lessons.
• Help create a safe and supportive learning environment.

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting students.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patient, proactive, and adaptable.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
