The Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team and provide cover across various schools in Weston Super Mare.

Supply Teaching is a vital component to any functioning schools, allowing the school to continue to run smoothly when such things as sickness/training and gaps in timetable occur.

This is also a perfect role for someone who may be starting there career as a teacher, allowing them to work in a variety of schools and witness different methods, allowing them to grow as a Teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and age groups.
• Adapt to different school environments and follow lesson plans where provided.
• Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies.
• Ensure a positive and inclusive learning experience for students.

What We re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working in a primary or secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Flexibility and reliability.
• A passion for education and student development.
