SEND & SEMH Support Assistant - Primary School Full-Time Inclusive School Environment Aspire People Aspire People are recruiting a SEND & SEMH Support Assistant to join a supportive primary school where inclusion and pupil wellbeing are at the heart of everything they do.The successful candidate will support pupils with a variety of additional needs, helping them access learning while building confidence, independence, and positive relationships. The Role: Providing 1:1 and small-group support Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs Delivering intervention sessions alongside the class teacher Supporting emotional wellbeing and behaviour management Working collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals Helping create an inclusive learning environment The Ideal Candidate: Recent experience within a UK primary school in the last 2 years SEND and/or SEMH experience Excellent communication and teamwork skills Positive, nurturing, and proactive attitude Passion for helping every child succeed Why Aspire People?
