Due to company expansion our client is currently looking to recruit a *Purchasing / Stock Controller* to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join a growing business and further their career.

*The Role*

* Raise purchase orders with suppliers for products required
* Ensuring deliveries and accurate and correct quantities are delivered
* Source various products and approve quotes for orders
* Lead the goods in process ensuring parts, materials and components are stored in correct location
* Processing GRN’s and note any delivery shortages
* Maintain company stock levels ensuring accurate stock counts
* Oversee the movement of stock and change of stock locations in the business
* Negotiate with suppliers driving costs down and improving delivery times
* Other relevant ad hoc duties

*Essential Criteria*

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Ability to manage and prioritise workload
* Good attention to detail
* Willingness to learn
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Highest level of integrity
