What We Offer:

• Contract Type: Temporary
• Location: Coventry
• Pay rate: 13.46per hour
• Hours 4 x 12 hour shifts 07:00 - 19:00 including 2 x 60 min breaks - covering all 7 days on rota basis

Your Role:
As our Head Cook, you'll be at the helm of our kitchen, leading a dedicated team to deliver mouth-watering meals that cater to the diverse tastes of our clients. Your culinary expertise and creativity will shine as you prepare nutritious and appetising dishes, ensuring every meal is a delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to create high-quality meals.
• Plan and design menus that cater to various dietary needs and preferences.
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and supplies, maintaining cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service and exceptional dining experiences.
• Engage with clients and gather feedback to continuously improve menu offerings.
