Are you an experienced Rewards & Benefits professional looking for your next contract opportunity? We are partnering with an established organisation in Sussex to recruit a Reward & Benefits Specialist on an initial six-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and play a key role in supporting reward, compensation and benefits initiatives during an exciting period of change and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of reward and benefits programmes across the organisation.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market pay analysis.
• Provide reward insights and recommendations to HR and senior stakeholders.
• Assist with annual pay reviews, bonus schemes and reward projects.
• Manage and enhance employee benefits offerings.
• Analyse reward data, trends and metrics to support decision-making.
• Ensure reward and benefits practices remain compliant with legislation and best practice.
• Support the implementation of reward-related policies and processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience within Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Total Reward.
• Strong understanding of salary benchmarking and reward frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced Excel and data reporting capability.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
