TIG Welder Required
Location: Tamworth
Contract: Initial 3-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06 45
Pay: £22.12 per hour Umbrella
Overtime: Available on Fridays and Weekends
We are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder to join a busy workshop team in Tamworth on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder with a strong background in stainless steel fabrication and TIG welding to join a well-established engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel components
- Working from engineering drawings and specifications
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Working independently and as part of the workshop team
Requirements
- Proven TIG welding experience
- Strong experience working with stainless steel
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 06 45
- Overtime available on Fridays and weekends, subject to workload requirements
