Have you delivered a picking role previously ?
We are looking a small team to support us at our Vitamins and shakes distribution in Speke. The role is for an experiences picker who is familiar with picking at a rate of 180 an hour or can evidence a high level of productivity.
You will understand and be able to demonstrate a high level of accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
The role is in 2 parts - picking is the one that delivers 180 per hour and packing 160
You'll be working with a highly motivated and efficient picking team, working with friendly and nurturing managers but be able to use your initiative - lock in and deliver the on-site targets and expectations
The Role
Pick items from shelves or storage areas using handheld scanners or pick lists into small baskets
Pack products securely and efficiently into boxes or containers
Label and seal packages for shipment
Efficiently pass baskets to packer on machines
Packing products per customer order
Always follow health and safety procedures
Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts as needed
Is this you?
Previous warehouse or packing experience (preferred but not
essential)
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced
environment
Good attention to detail
Basic numeracy and literacy skills
Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and standing
for long periods
