The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Regulations Consultant to join our Sheffield office, working across commercial, residential, leisure and retail sectors throughout England & Wales.
This role is focused on supporting clients in meeting their obligations under the Building Safety Act 2022 and associated amendments to the Building Regulations. You will play a key role in delivering Principal Designer (Building Regulations) services and advising clients on compliance across a diverse range of projects.
As part of our Built Asset Consultancy team, you will contribute to the continued growth of this specialist service area, working with an established client base while supporting the development of internal capability.
