£25,845 per annum (pro rata)
Full-time and part-time hours available
Shifts include: 7:00am 2:00pm/4:00pm, 12:00pm 4:00pm, and 2:00pm 10:00pm
No waking nights required
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to the location of the services. You must also be willing to drive the mobility vehicles used by the people we support.

About the RoleWe're looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our dedicated team supporting people across our services in Eastry and Aylesham, Kent.
You'll support adults with learning disabilities, communication needs, behaviours of concern and pica, helping them to live independently, develop new skills and enjoy meaningful lives within their local communities.
Our team works across both locations throughout the week, providing consistent, person-centred support. The people we support have access to their own mobility vehicles, allowing them to enjoy a wide range of activities and appointments, so you'll need to be confident driving these vehicles as part of your role.
