The school is looking to appoint a full-time Technology Teacher on a temporary basis from September. The successful Technology Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging Technology lessons with a focus on Food and Textiles, planning and assessing lessons, maintaining high classroom standards and supporting students to achieve their best across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
The successful Technology Teacher will have:
- QTS with a Technology specialism (NQTs are also welcome to apply)
- Experience teaching Technology, including Food and Textiles, up to Key Stage 4
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Strong curriculum knowledge and lesson planning skills
- A positive, proactive and adaptable approach to teaching
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
