About the Nursery
Busy Bees Canterbury is a well-established, Ofsted-rated Good nursery caring for up to 80 children. Conveniently located with excellent bus and train links, plus free on-site parking, the nursery offers a welcoming environment where children, families and colleagues can thrive.
Role Responsibilities:The Role
As Nursery Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and developing a dedicated nursery team
- Ensuring exceptional standards of care, education and safeguarding
- Driving occupancy, quality and overall nursery performance
- Building strong relationships with children, families and the local community
- Maintaining compliance with EYFS and regulatory requirements
- Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging culture for both children and colleagues
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or above)
- Previous leadership experience within an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- A passion for delivering outstanding childcare and education
- Proven ability to inspire teams and drive high performance
