A warm and inclusive mainstream primary school in North London is seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join its specialist Autism Resource Provision.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support young children in the Early Years Foundation Stage with Autism Spectrum Condition. The provision offers a nurturing, structured environment where pupils receive personalised support to help them develop their communication, social interaction, emotional regulation and independence while accessing an engaging early years curriculum.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher, SEND team and therapists to provide high-quality support tailored to each child's individual needs.
