We are looking for an amazing Nursery Manager to ignite fun and learning for our children! With your Level 3 childcare qualification and two years of leadership in early years settings, we want you to bring your vibrant energy and EYFS expertise to our team. Nestled in a truly idyllic rural setting, Busy Bees Worplesdon is a unique 64-place nursery surrounded by beautiful woodland and open countryside in the charming village of Worplesdon, conveniently located between Guildford and Woking.

Set within four beautifully converted single-storey barns, our nursery offers bright, spacious learning environments that flow seamlessly into purpose-designed outdoor play areas. Children enjoy an exceptional early years experience, with endless opportunities for adventure, discovery and hands-on learning.

• We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
• You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
• You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.

• NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
