Supplier Relationship Manager
Are you an experienced supplier, contract and procurement professional with strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder skills and the ability to drive performance, compliance and continuous improvement? This is a great opportunity to play a key role in managing supplier relationships across a Surveying & Minor Works function, using your procurement experience to support compliant, cost-effective and high-quality services that make a real difference to residents.

SALARY: £48,000 to £53,474 per annum + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid working partly from the office in Staines, Surrey (TW18) and partly from home

JOB OVERVIEW
Take ownership of a role where procurement, supplier performance and contract governance come together to support high-quality surveying and minor works services for residents.
As the Supplier Relationship Manager you will lead supplier relationships, contract compliance and procurement-led governance across the Surveying & Minor Works team.
The Supplier Relationship Manager will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, Procurement, Legal and Finance to oversee contract delivery, manage escalations, support audits and ensure services meet contractual, regulatory and procurement requirements.
This Supplier Relationship Manager role will use KPIs, SLAs, performance data and reporting frameworks to identify risk, improve service quality, support cost efficiency and promote supplier accountability.
