Scottish Renewables is creating a new senior communications leadership role at a transformational moment for both the organisation and the wider renewable energy sector.
As Head of Communications, you will be responsible for developing and leading the organisation's communications strategy, ensuring Scottish Renewables remains a trusted, influential and respected voice across government, industry and the public sphere. Working alongside the Director of Public Affairs & Communications, you'll help shape how the renewable energy sector is understood, represented and championed during a period of significant political and societal change.

This newly created role has been designed to separate strategic communications from commercial marketing activity, providing dedicated leadership on reputation, messaging, advocacy and industry profile.

You will join a supportive, inclusive and collaborative team, working on a hybrid basis (max 2 days from home) from the Glasgow office. Occasional overnight stays and weekend travel/event attendance will be required.
