An excellent opportunity for an Asset Surveyor to help make property data count, carrying out stock condition surveys, HHSRS assessments and EPC-related work that will support safe, sustainable homes and inform short, medium and long-term investment programmes.

SALARY: £50,000 per annum + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid / Ealing, West London with regular travel (approximately 90% field based)

JOB OVERVIEW
The organisation is looking for an Asset Surveyor to join its Assets team, supporting the accurate collection and analysis of property data across a varied housing portfolio.
Working in a highly field-based role, you will carry out detailed stock condition surveys, identify hazards through HHSRS assessments and support the production of Energy Performance Certificates. Your work will help shape investment decisions, energy improvement strategies and the continued delivery of safe, well-maintained homes.
The role requires strong technical knowledge of building systems, surveying methodologies, Decent Homes legislation and property-related compliance, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work positively with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
