Pay: 90- 110 per day (depending on experience)

TimePlan Education is recruiting passionate, resilient and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to work within primary schools and specialist provisions across Redbridge from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering careers in Teaching, Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work or other child-focused professions.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced teachers and SEND professionals, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including:

• Autism (ASD)
• ADHD
• SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
• Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)
• Complex learning difficulties
• Physical disabilities and sensory needs

You may support pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small intervention groups, or within the wider classroom, helping them to access learning, develop confidence and achieve their full potential.

• Passionate about supporting children and young people
• Patient, empathetic and resilient
• Confident building positive relationships
• Strong communicators with a proactive attitude
• Keen to gain valuable school-based experience before progressing into a long-term career in education

Previous experience working with children or young people-through schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work, care, mentoring or volunteering-is beneficial but not essential.
