We are looking for an experienced and compassionate registered nurse to join St Luke s Hospice as Deputy Clinical Lead within our End of Life Urgent Care Service. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of responsive, high-quality end of life care in the community, helping patients remain in their preferred place of care and avoid unnecessary hospital admission.

As Deputy Clinical Lead, you ll work closely with the Clinical Lead to shape and support a dynamic, community-based service. You will:
