Senior Revit MEP Coordinator

Liverpool Up to 55,000 Office-Based

An established Building Services consultancy in Liverpool is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Revit MEP Coordinator to join its growing design team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong Building Services background who enjoys delivering technically detailed projects and wants to play a key role in coordinating BIM delivery across a diverse portfolio of work.

Working closely with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, you'll take ownership of producing and coordinating high-quality Revit MEP models throughout the technical design stages of projects.

You'll be involved across a varied project portfolio including:

• Residential developments
• Commercial offices
• Schools
• Universities
• Emergency services facilities

This is a technically focused position requiring someone who understands how Building Services systems are designed, coordinated and delivered - not just how to model them.

• Producing and coordinating high-quality Revit MEP models.
• Managing model coordination through RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
• Working closely with engineers to resolve design and coordination issues.
• Ensuring BIM standards and project deliverables are maintained.
• Coordinating Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Supporting the successful delivery of technically challenging projects from detailed design through to construction.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Significant experience using Revit MEP and associated tools within a Building Services environment.
• A solid technical understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services.
• Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4 & 5.
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to identify and resolve clashes.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work closely with engineers, architects and contractors.

Experience working within a Building Services consultancy is essential.

• Salary 45,000 to 55,000 DOE
