Multi Trader Permanent
Location: London (covering sites across London)
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Company Vehicle: Van and fuel card provided
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor for an experienced Multi Trader to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality work across occupied domestic properties throughout London.
The Role
As a Multi Trader, you will carry out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance works, including:
- Kitchen installations
- Bathroom installations
- Carpentry repairs and installations
- Wall and floor tiling
- Basic plumbing works
- General multi-trade maintenance
- Finishing and snagging works
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader within domestic properties
- Strong carpentry skills
- Experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms
- Competent in tiling and basic plumbing
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and a professional attitude
