Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a forward-thinking and inclusive secondary school in Bolton to recruit a dedicated Behaviour Support Mentor to join their pastoral and student support team from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced education professional who is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally.
About the RoleAs a Behaviour Support Mentor, you will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, supporting student wellbeing, and helping pupils remain engaged in education. Working closely with the pastoral team, senior leaders, teachers, and external agencies, you will provide targeted interventions for students who require additional behavioural and emotional support.
