Lamination Assistant (Counterbalance FLT) - Permanent Role

Elsham, near Brigg
29,309 + Overtime + Quarterly Bonus
4 on / 4 off shifts (2 days / 2 nights)

We're recruiting for a Lamination Assistant to join a well-established manufacturing business supplying packaging solutions into the healthcare sector.

This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing or warehouse experience and a valid Counterbalance FLT licence looking for a stable, long-term role with training and progression. VNA training will be provided.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting the Lamination Operator with production and material supply
Using SAP to locate, issue and return materials
Loading/unloading reels and wrapping finished goods
Operating Counterbalance FLT and other handling equipment safely
Carrying out daily checks and supporting end-of-order duties
Maintaining housekeeping, 5S standards and safe working practices
Supporting waste segregation, cleaning tasks and continuous improvement activities

What we're looking for:

Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
Experience in manufacturing, warehouse or production environments
Good attention to detail and safety awareness
Team player with a proactive approach
Willingness to train on VNA
Own transport due to site location
