We are proud to be working with a college for 16-25year olds with ADHD, ASC, MLD and SEMH needs who are focused on preparing their students for adult life through academic and vocational study programmes, aiming to increase their resilience, emotional intelligence, confidence, self-esteem and well-being, leading them to successful futures.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, your role is to support the students and help them develop in a safe and caring learning environment. Flexibility is key in this role, you may need to work 1:1 with students or in small groups as required.

Minimum age of 21 Full UK driving licence and access to your own car Level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English Be able to be positive and creative in meeting young person's needs Be able to work on your own as well as in a team Good numeracy and literacy skills Competent ICT skills
