Salary: London Fringe MPS-UPS ( 34,397 - 62,500 per annum)
Contract: Full-Time Temporary with the opportunity to become permanent
Start Date: September 2026 (or earlier by agreement)
An ambitious and inclusive primary school in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a dedicated Phase Leader / Year 4 Teacher to join their Key Stage 2 team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic teacher who wants to combine excellent classroom practice with the opportunity to influence teaching, learning, and outcomes across the phase.

This role would be well suited to an experienced KS2 teacher with existing leadership experience or a teacher ready to take the next step into phase leadership. As Phase Leader and Year 4 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching within your own classroom while supporting the development and consistency of practice across the phase. Working closely with the leadership team, you will contribute to school improvement priorities and help drive positive outcomes for pupils.
