The School & RoleVision for Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support pupils in primary schools across Hyde, Manchester. Opportunities are available from September, with earlier start dates considered for suitable candidates. This is a long-term role with additional day-to-day supply work available for those seeking flexibility.
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to support pupils' learning and engagement in the classroom. You will help deliver learning activities, encourage participation, and provide additional support to ensure children remain focused, confident, and motivated throughout the school day.
You will work with individual pupils and small groups, helping to reinforce lesson content and create a positive learning environment where every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and other support professionals, you will play an important role in supporting pupils' academic progress, confidence, and overall development.
