What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 12 months' experience working as a Kitchen Porter in a hotel, healthcare, contract catering, restaurant, or similar environment
- Reliable, committed, and professional individuals
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Assisting chefs and kitchen staff as required
- Following health and safety and food hygiene procedures
- Supporting the smooth running of kitchen operations
