Marketing & Digital Executive - Must drive
The Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Digital Executive to support and deliver marketing activity across a fast-paced, multi-site consumer business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, managing digital campaigns and contributing to a wide range of marketing projects. The successful candidate will work across both online and offline channels, helping to drive customer engagement, brand awareness and sales.
Strong digital marketing skills are essential, along with excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
This is a fully office-based position and requires a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns
Manage website content, promotions, landing pages and ecommerce updates
Create engaging content for social media, email marketing and digital campaigns
Work closely with the videography and creative teams to produce compelling visual content
Assist with new store openings, local marketing initiatives, PR activity and press releases
Create in-store marketing materials including POS, promotional signage and campaign assets
Monitor social media channels and engage with customers where appropriate
Use AI tools and emerging technologies to support content creation and marketing efficiency
Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting on results and engagement
Support the coordination of marketing projects and ensure campaigns are delivered on time
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support wider business objectives
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience within a marketing, digital marketing or ecommerce role
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing and website content management
Experience creating content for online and offline marketing campaigns
Good understanding of ecommerce and customer engagement strategies
Confident using social media platforms for business purposes
Experience using content management systems and marketing tools
Knowledge of AI tools and how they can be applied within marketing would be advantageous
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and keen to develop a career in marketing
Experience within a retail, hospitality, leisure, FMCG or other fast-paced consumer-facing environment would be beneficial
Full UK driving licence required
