Our clients vibrant construction and real estate firm, located in the heart of Camden, Greater London, is on the lookout for a dedicated Team PA to join them on a permanent full-time basis.

What You'll Do:

As our Team PA, you will be the backbone of the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team.
• Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Preparing reports and presentations that impress.
• Handling communications with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely responses.
• Assisting with project coordination and documentation.

Who You Are:

• You have experience in a similar PA role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
• Your organisational skills are top-notch, and you thrive under pressure.
• You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You're a team player who enjoys collaborating with others and building strong relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must!
