About the role & school
Vision for Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist school that supports children and young people with SEMH needs and other additional needs. The school is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing environment where students who may have struggled in mainstream settings can rebuild confidence and re-engage with learning.
The school takes a relationship-led and restorative approach, using positive reinforcement and structured support to help students develop both academically and emotionally. The team is highly supportive and committed to providing regular CPD and professional development, ensuring staff feel confident and well-equipped to meet the needs of their learners.
The Role
We are seeking a passionate and resilient Teacher who is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of Primary aged students with SEMH needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping students reconnect with education, build positive relationships, and develop the skills needed to succeed both in and beyond the classroom. This role will be Teaching English to KS3/4
This role would suit someone who understands that behaviour is often a form of communication and who can respond with patience, consistency, and empathy.
