An independent specialist school is seeking a Tutor / Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for 2-3 pupils with additional needs, helping them access tailored learning in a structured environment.
Full training is provided, including Autism support and ABA-based learning methods. This is a great opportunity for someone from a care, education, or support background looking to develop their career in specialist education.
Age group: Working with children and young people (approximately 5-19 years)
We welcome applicants from both education and care backgrounds. Full training is provided.

We are open to applicants with experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, SEN Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Behaviour Support Assistant, Nursery Assistant, Tutor, Support Worker, Care Assistant, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Key Worker, Carer, SEND Teaching Assistant, Special Needs Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Worker, Early Years Assistant, or similar role.
