Job details: Temporary, Full Time, 1 day in office per week
Location: London/Glasgow/Cardiff

Day rate: 320 - 350 umbrella

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct robust scoping meetings with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from advertising roles to conducting interviews and managing candidate communications.
• Develop effective selection methods, including assessment centres and psychometrics.
• Create and deliver insightful recruitment management information to assess campaign effectiveness.

What You Bring:

• Solid expertise as a Resourcing Business Partner with a proven track record in achieving targets and KPIs, ideally within a regulated environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative approach.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and advanced IT skills, including Excel, to prepare recruitment reports.
• A successful history of implementing direct recruitment methods and innovative attraction strategies.
