The Role

Providing 1:1 support to pupils with ASD/ADHD
Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
Delivering calm, consistent support during learning activities
Assisting with classroom learning and group work in the afternoons
Supporting personal care needs where required
Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO



Role Details

SEN Teaching Assistant
96-110 Per Day
Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am-4:00pm)
Permanent role
Based in Southwark



The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience supporting children with ASD and ADHD
Confident supporting emotional regulation and behaviour needs
Comfortable with personal care responsibilities where required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Passionate about inclusive education and SEN support
