Requirements

Active NMC registration

Previous nursing experience

Strong clinical and communication skills

Experience using the ATLAS medication management system is essential
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care

Administer and monitor medication safely and accurately

Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation

Use the ATLAS system for medication tracking and management

Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, service users, and families
-
Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and safeguarding requirements
