About the trainee role
As part of our team, you ll work on a variety of developer services projects across the UK, supporting the delivery of wastewater and water network infrastructure. You will play a key role in delivering great service to our client and customers.
You ll learn from the amazing people in our team, learning all aspects of the role and then applying your knowledge to ensure compliance with all relevant technical standards. You will work 40 hours per week, and the role is based in Telford.
This role is a September 2026 start.
What your day could look like
About you
GCSEs like English and maths are helpful, but not essential, as we focus on attitude and potential.
This role is entry level, ideal for a school leaver and would be a great fit if you re confident using digital tools like Microsoft Office and enjoy working with others. We re looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays organised, and pays attention to detail. You ll need to be comfortable working in a team and able to take initiative when working independently. If you re motivated, eager to learn, and interested in developing leadership skills, we d love to hear from you!
Due to the nature of this role having a driving license is recommended.
