About the Role
Connex Education are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable SEN Practitioner Primary Education Support to work across a range of primary schools and specialist provisions in Somerset.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early intervention, inclusion, and helping children with additional needs access learning in a way that works for them. You will play a key role in supporting pupils both academically and emotionally, ensuring they can thrive in a nurturing and structured environment.
Connex is also exclusively supporting Bath & Wells Multi Academy Trust from September, so opportunities in these schools will also be available. They have several primary schools based in Bridgewater, Taunton and Yeovil.

You will be working with children who may present with a wide range of needs across communication, learning, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
