Production Operative

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join my client based in Hartlepool. In this fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team setting, and is committed to meeting production targets.

Duties

• Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble products and components in line with specifications
• Load raw materials into machines and monitor the production process
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Package finished goods ready for storage or dispatch
• Carry out basic machine maintenance and report any faults
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE
• Work towards daily production targets and deadlines
• Support other areas of the business when needed

Rate:

• 12.71 - 13.71ph

Hours:

• Monday - Friday
• 3 shift rotation - days/backs/nights
• Full time only
