Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Edenbridge, TN8
Proactive are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join their team in Edenbridge. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse environment supporting the picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
Responsibilities:
Picking products accurately from stock locations using pick lists
Packing orders securely and efficiently to meet customer requirements
Preparing and labelling goods for dispatch
Checking products for quality and accuracy before shipment
Loading and unloading deliveries when required
Maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times
Following health and safety procedures and company policies
Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
Skills:
Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or dispatch experience is desirable
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties
Basic understanding of warehouse health and safety practices
