The Role
- Full-time SENDCo position

- Leading and developing SEND provision across the school federation
- Working closely with staff, families and external agencies
- Supporting children with a wide range of additional needs
- Contributing to an inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive
- Suitable for experienced SENDCos with a strong primary background
- Knowledge of early child development and EYFS desirable

Can You Offer?
- Proven experience leading SEND provision within a primary school
- SENDCo qualification or relevant SEND leadership experience
- Strong understanding of inclusive practice and SEND legislation
- Experience supporting children with a wide range of abilities and needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to inspire, motivate and support colleagues
- A commitment to achieving the best outcomes for all pupils
- A collaborative and child-centred approach to leadership
