This role offers a structured 2-year apprenticeship programme, providing hands-on experience in property maintenance alongside specialist training in Passive Fire Protection. Following a successful probationary period, the successful candidate will begin working towards recognised qualifications and certifications within this highly sought-after sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out minor property maintenance works.
• Assisting with repairs and remedial works.
• Making good following installation and maintenance activities.
• Supporting experienced engineers and operatives on-site.
• Learning industry best practices within the Fire & Security sector.
• Undertaking training and qualifications in Passive Fire Protection.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.

• Full UK driving licence preferred.
