We work with schools in areas including Ancoats, Beswick, Clayton, Openshaw, Gorton, and Newton Heath each offering unique environments, but all sharing a commitment to inclusion, pupil progress, and supportive staff cultures. These schools value ECTs and provide strong foundations through mentoring, collaboration, and clear development pathways.

What You ll Be Doing:
- Delivering engaging and structured lessons across the primary curriculum
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs
- Working closely with school staff to support pupil development
- Building your teaching practice through hands-on experience
We re Looking For:
- Trainee teachers on track to achieve QTS by September 2026
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- Confidence in managing a classroom (with support where needed)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine commitment to supporting all learners
