We are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to carry out cleaning operations of Homes in Somerset run accommodations and halls.

The Job holder must understand, uphold, and promote the aims of the council s equality, diversity, and inclusion policies; health, safety and wellbeing of self and others; and Organisational values in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities for the Cleaner:

• Work as part of a building cleaning team
• To work as part of a team, and on own initiative to coordinate the cleaning operations across Homes in Somerset accommodations and halls to the specification set by the Supervisor.
• To carry out quality cleaning tasks
• To conduct all cleaning functions to the standard and specification as set out by the Cleaning Supervisor.
• Work in a polite and helpful manner, consulting with colleagues, staff, and visitors.
• Manual handling duties such as removal of rubbish and recycling, vacuuming, dusting.
• Cleaning of Kitchen areas and Toilets to a high standard.

Working Hours for Cleaner: 10.75 hours per week

Requirements for the Cleaner:

• Previous Cleaner experience
