We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Career Teacher of Business Studies to join our thriving secondary school in Grays from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated ECT to begin their teaching career within a supportive, forward-thinking department.
About the Role
You will:
Deliver engaging and high-quality Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 4 and (where applicable) Key Stage 5
Inspire students with real-world business knowledge and entrepreneurial thinking
Contribute to the continued development of the Business curriculum
Support students of all abilities to achieve their full potential
What We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from ECTs who:
Hold (or are on track to achieve) QTS
Have a strong academic background in Business, Economics or a related subject
Demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning
Are committed to high standards, inclusion, and student achievement
Are reflective practitioners eager to develop their pedagogy
