Recycling Operative

Salary - 12.71ph plus overtime on a rota

Hours - 40 per week across 7 days including bank holidays

8.45am - 5.15pm

Location - Bridgnorth Household Waste Recycling Centre, WV15 5BA

What will you be doing?

• Provide an effective and efficient recycling service to the local residents with their household waste and recycling
• Ensure that the facility is left in a clean condition and any spillages are cleaned up before leaving the area
• To ensure the health and safety of all members of the public, visitors, staff and contractors at the site
• To assist with other parts of the operation as and when required
• Plant and weighbridge data entry work is available e.g loading shovel/telehandler. Full training and accreditation is available.
• Operate the IT Tablet based booking system.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience within a similar operational environment
• Manual handling experience

This role involves manual handling and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
