Our client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join the Care and Resolution team in Halifax. In this role, you'll act as the main point of contact for customers, taking ownership of complex or high-impact issues and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
You'll play a key role in strengthening relationships, improving customer experience, and supporting retention and renewal across the business.
