SALARY: £57,003 to £65,000 per annum + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid working role split between the office in Ealing (W5) and site visits
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 35 Hours across 5 Days per Week

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Social Housing Planned Works Contracts Manager to join a busy Assets team, leading planned maintenance, cyclical works, fire remediation and decarbonisation programmes across a housing portfolio.
As the Social Housing Planned Works Contracts Manager you will manage contractors, consultants and project teams, ensuring construction projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in line with building regulations, CDM requirements and health and safety standards.
The Social Housing Planned Works Contracts Manager will also oversee procurement, tendering, budget management, contract administration, resident engagement and continuous service improvement.
