Salary: up to £12.91 per hour

Vacancy Type: Full and Part-time + additional overtime hours available

The Role

As a Support Worker with Mountbatton Care, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives. You will provide person-centred support that is tailored to everyone s needs, preferences, and goals, promoting dignity, choice, and independence always.

This role is ideal for someone who is caring, reliable, and passionate about making a positive difference. No previous experience is required, as full training and ongoing support is provided from day one.

  • Encourage and support social activities, hobbies, and community engagement
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues
  • Support individuals to make choices and achieve personal goals
  • Maintain dignity, respect, and confidentiality always
  • Follow care plans, risk assessments, and organisational policies and procedures
  • Accurately record and report information in line with company requirements
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
