Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported and valued.
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Implement differentiated learning strategies to meet the needs of all students.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support each child's academic and social development.
Promote extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to differentiate teaching and learning to support a wide range of abilities.
Commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and respectful learning environment.
Passion for inspiring and motivating students
Previous teaching experience is desirable, but NQTs (Newly Qualified Teachers) are encouraged to apply.
