MEP Digital Transformation Manager

Salary: 75,000 - 85,000 + Benefits

A leading engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP Digital Transformation Manager to drive digital innovation across its building services and project delivery teams.

This role will lead the development and implementation of digital workflows, BIM strategies, automation tools, and collaboration platforms to improve operational efficiency, project delivery, and data management across the business.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a digital transformation roadmap across engineering and consultancy operations
  • Lead implementation and optimisation of BIM, CAD, ACC, and cloud-based collaboration platforms
  • Improve and automate workflows across design, project management, QA, and document control
  • Drive adoption of digital tools and provide training across multidisciplinary teams
  • Oversee integration between platforms including Revit, AutoCAD, CRM, ERP, and reporting tools
  • Develop dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision making
  • Ensure compliance with digital standards including ISO 19650
  • Champion continuous improvement and digital best practice across the business


Requirements

  • Proven experience leading digital transformation within MEP, engineering, or construction environments
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC
  • Experience implementing digital systems and improving operational processes
  • Knowledge of automation and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or similar
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills
  • Passion for innovation and digital project delivery within the built environment
